Anyone else hyped for Port Gellhorn's story potential?

Alright hear me out, so Rockstar's been dropping hints about Port Gellhorn being this rundown coastal city, right? Like, former tourist destination gone to seed. I'm thinking it's gonna be a huge hub for some seriously shady stuff. We know Jason's got a drug trafficking past, and I can totally see him starting out there in the Leonida Keys, maybe meeting up with Cal Hampton, and then getting pulled into some mess in Port Gellhorn. Think about it: cheap motels, strip malls, perfect spots for hiding out, dealing, maybe even setting up a small operation. Plus, it's gotta be way less gentrified than Vice City, so the cops probably aren't as tight. I'm picturing some seriously dark and gritty missions going down there – maybe even some connections to the biker gang activity over in Ambrosia. Remember how cool the badlands felt in San Andreas? I'm hoping Port Gellhorn gives off that same vibe, but with a Florida twist. Imagine like, No Country for Old Men, but in a GTA game.
