Anyone else think Port Gellhorn is gonna be HUGE?

Alright hear me out, so I was re-watching the trailer for like, the millionth time, and I started really focusing on Port Gellhorn. We know Vice City is gonna be the main hub, but something about Gellhorn just screams 'important'. Think about it: rundown coastal city, probably a breeding ground for crime, and it's confirmed to be in Leonida. Rockstar usually puts a ton of detail into their smaller locations, remember Angel Pine in San Andreas or that creepy town in RDR2? I'm betting Port Gellhorn is gonna have a crazy storyline tied to either Lucia or Jason, maybe even both. I'm kinda hoping it's where Lucia got pinched before the game starts, and we gotta go back there to settle some scores. Plus, the docks... potential for some serious heist action, maybe even involving those cruise ship rumors we've been hearing about? Idk, I'm just hyped, this is gonna be insane!
