Anyone else think Port Gellhorn will be HUGE?

Alright hear me out, so I was rewatching the trailer for like, the millionth time, and I'm super hyped about Port Gellhorn. We know Vice City is the main city and it's gonna be awesome, but Gellhorn looks like it's gonna be a major part of the story, y'know? They showed it off a lot, and the rundown vibe reminds me of, like, the docks in GTA IV but way bigger. I'm thinking it'll be a hub for some shady stuff, maybe even related to Lucia's past or Jason's drug trafficking history, honestly. Plus, Rockstar's confirmed the map's gonna be 70% larger than GTA V. If Vice City's the same size as Los Santos, that leaves a TON of space for other locations. Gellhorn seems like it could be as big as Blaine County or something. Imagine all the missions and side stuff they could cram in there.
