GTA 6 Leonida: Is it gonna be as dark as GTA IV?

Okay so GTA IV was DEPRESSING. Niko was constantly getting screwed over. Leonida looks way more Vice City vibes with sunshine and beaches, but Port Gellhorn sounds kinda grimy. Will they go full dark again or keep it lighter?
